Physician Assistant, Medical Providers Team
Kacia Yazbak joined Wood River Health in June 2025 as a board-certified physician associate. Kacia began her career in pediatrics and has practiced emergency medicine at Westerly, Newport and The Miriam Hospitals over the past 11 years. She earned her Certificate of Added Qualification in Emergency Medicine in 2023 and has co-led pediatric education simulations between Westerly Hospital and surrounding ambulance services.
Kacia will deliver Express Care services at both Westerly and Hope Valley locations. She obtained her bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont in 2009 and her Master of Medical Science from Arcadia University in 2012.
