Annual Report

Wood River Health has released our 2022 Annual Report, which is filled with valuable information about our Federally Qualified Health Center's recent successes and updates about our ongoing initiatives. In 2022, our dedicated providers served the highest number of patients since we opened our doors in 1976. We are growing to meet the needs of our community – and we are delighted to share our progress with you.

Within our report, you will learn how Wood River Health was designated as a Health Center Quality Leader, which is awarded to only 2% of community health centers in the nation. You will be given a behind the scenes look at our rebranding effort that resulted in a new name and a new look for our nonprofit.

You will be updated about our expansion to our Hope Valley site, which will add over 9,000 square feet so we can better meet the needs of our community. And you will learn how our substance use treatment program and our team-based approach to care helped to positively impact the life of one patient.

Just as we are growing to better serve our community, we are expanding the ways we keep our donors, grantors, sponsors and community partners informed about our initiatives.
