Specialized Orthopedic Physical Therapy is located on the first floor inside Wood River Health's Hope Valley location at 823 Main Street. Physical Therapy patients enter through Wood River Health's main entrance and may check-in at the left-most window within the waiting room lobby. Specialized Orthopedic Physical Therapy also has two other locations in Rhode Island including Warwick and North Kingstown.
