Onsite Physical Therapy Services
Specialized Orthopedic Physical Therapy operates onsite at our Hope Valley location, providing patients with a convenient option for physical therapy related to sports injuries, post-operative recovery, overuse injuries, balance disorders and joint and muscle sprains.
Personalized Treatment Plans
Licensed, highly trained physical therapists work with each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan that supports full recovery. The physical therapist conducts a thorough evaluation of physical activity, injury and pain to identify the underlying causes of discomfort and create a care plan tailored to each diagnosis.

Location and Check-In
Specialized Orthopedic Physical Therapy is located on the first floor inside Wood River Health’s Hope Valley location at 823 Main Street. Patients should enter through the main entrance and check in at the left-most window in the waiting room lobby.
