• Take I-95 North toward Providence

Westerly Locations

Our Primary Care Services are located at 17 Wells Street, Westerly, RI 02891.

Our Behavioral Health Services, Community Resources and our WIC Program are located at 11 Wells Street, Westerly, RI 02891.

This set of buildings shares a parking lot and is located on the same street as Westerly Hospital.
