Injury Prevention and Self‑Care for Older Adults
Each participant gets a $25 gift card.
A free and fun presentation focusing on injury prevention for older adults, with information and resources to promote wellness.
Participants will learn about:
- Simple ways seniors can prevent injury from falls.
- Proactive health management, including alternatives to pain medications.
- Ideas for caregivers to help ensure safe spaces.
- Access to and promotion of local resources for older adults.
- Free medication lock bags.
