As a Federally Qualified Health Center, our mission is to improve the health and well-being of everyone we serve. We provide care for people of all ages regardless of their ability to pay. Community support makes this work possible. When you give to our Annual Fund, you help expand access to care, strengthen essential programs and reach neighbors who might otherwise go without services.
Why Every Gift Matters
Every gift matters. Even a small donation can help a family access care, support a patient managing a chronic condition or connect someone to mental health services. Together, these contributions create meaningful change across our community.
How to Give
Individuals wishing to support our Annual Fund are encouraged to Donate Online or send a check written to Wood River Health. Please include Annual Fund in the memo line on your check.
