Free Van Service for Appointments

Wood River Health offers free transportation to medical, dental and other non‑emergency appointments at our Hope Valley and Westerly locations. There is no cost to you and insurance is not required.

Transportation is available for patients who live in Washington County and nearby areas, including parts of Connecticut. This service is only for rides to and from appointments at our Hope Valley or Westerly locations. Additional stops are not available, and some restrictions may apply.

Van service is available Monday through Friday. To request a ride, please call us as soon as possible so we can do our best to meet your transportation needs. If our van is unavailable, our team may be able to help you explore other transportation options.

Tuesday Community Shuttle

Wood River Health also offers a community shuttle on Tuesdays with stops in Charlestown, Richmond and Hope Valley.

The shuttle can be used for visits to local stores, pharmacies, the YMCA and other neighborhood destinations. The shuttle currently runs from 8:30 am to 12:20 pm on Tuesdays. To request a shuttle schedule or learn more, please give us a call.
