For Patients Whose Needs Extend Beyond Healthcare
Wood River Health's Community Fund was named to honor Kimberley Hebert, a health center patient who passed away on April 13, 2021, at Hope Hospice after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.
Kim Hebert profoundly impacted everyone she touched. She had an active and meaningful life that stretched far beyond her years. She loved traveling the world, meeting new people, engaging in the local culture, exploring new places, and most importantly, embracing the experience of just being alive. A passionate philanthropist, Kim supported the missions of many nonprofits over the course of her lifetime, including Wood River Health.
Wood River Health's Kim Hebert Community Fund supports our patients whose needs extend beyond their heath care requirements. During patients' regular health screenings, our providers ask questions to determine who among our patients require additional support. These individuals are connected with our Community Resources Team to find ways we can support them. This fund is used for this purpose.
Individuals wishing to support the Kim Hebert Community Fund are encouraged to Donate Online or send a check to our Development Office.
