Located at Wood River Health, the mobile unit provides convenient access to substance use disorder treatment, recovery support services and basic health screenings in a welcoming, confidential setting.
Whether you're seeking help for yourself, supporting a loved one, or looking for resources, the CODAC Mobile Treatment Unit offers compassionate, evidence-based care close to home.

Hours of Operation Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
The mobile unit is parked on the Wood River Health campus for easy access and convenient care.
Services Available
The CODAC Mobile Treatment Unit provides a range of services designed to support recovery and overall health, including:
- Substance use assessments
- Treatment induction services
- Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD)
- Counseling and outreach services
- Blood pressure screenings
- Blood glucose screenings
- Mental health assessments
- Referrals to additional treatment and support services
