Dr. Tiffanie Waldeck is a dental leader with extensive experience in clinical dentistry, quality improvement, program development, and healthcare operations. She is passionate about advancing patient-centered oral healthcare and integrating oral health with primary care and behavioral health to improve whole-person health outcomes.

Since joining Wood River Health in 2011, Dr. Waldeck has led the growth and transformation of the organization's dental program. As Chief Dental Officer, she oversees all aspects of dental care delivery, including clinical services, quality initiatives, workforce development, and strategic planning. Under her leadership, the dental department has significantly expanded its clinical footprint, increased staffing, opened a second dental location, and introduced portable dental services to improve access and meet the evolving needs of the community. She has also fostered innovative community partnerships that strengthen connections between oral health and broader healthcare services.

A recognized advocate for integrated care, Dr. Waldeck has championed innovative models that connect dental, medical, and behavioral health services to provide more coordinated, comprehensive care. She is a state and national presenter on oral health integration and team-based care, sharing strategies that improve access, quality, and the patient experience.

Dr. Waldeck's leadership has helped expand and strengthen oral healthcare services for patients of all ages, ensuring that high-quality, comprehensive dental care is accessible within a community-based healthcare setting. Her contributions to community health have earned her the Clinical Leadership Award from the Rhode Island Health Center Association and recognition as a 40 Under Forty honoree by Providence Business News.

Dr. Waldeck earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Boston University, and completed a General Practice Residency at Rhode Island Hospital.
