On November 30, 2026, our medical and behavioral health teams are moving from 17 Wells Street to the Tower Street Community Center at 83 Tower Street.

When are you moving?
We will be at 17 Wells Street through 11/13. Tower Street opens to patients on 11/30.
What are your Westerly hours?
Our hours remain Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
We are closed daily for lunch from 12:00 to 12:30 p.m.
Why are you moving?
We're moving to Tower Street to better serve patients as part of a community-centered hub with health and support services all in one location.
What if I have an appointment at 17 Wells between 11/13 and 11/30?
It must be rescheduled. Our team will work with you to find a location, date and time that best fits your needs.
Will dental services be moving to Tower Street?
No. Dental services will remain at our existing locations in Hope Valley, Block Island and 11 Wells Street in Westerly.
