Family Nurse Practitioner, Medical Providers Team

Samantha DiMezza-Stewart, FNP BC, is a Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical background spanning acute care, community health, and substance use treatment. She began her nursing career after graduating from New England Technical Institute in 2021 and earned her Master’s degree from Salve Regina University in 2025. Samantha has worked professionally as a registered nurse since 2021, gaining experience at Lawrence Memorial Hospital in New London, Connecticut, and as a school nurse with the Chariho School District. Since 2022, she has been part of the clinical team at AdCare Rhode Island, where she has served as both an RN and, most recently, a Nurse Practitioner.

Throughout her career, Samantha has developed clinical experience in geriatric care and general medicine, including work with Brown University Medicine. She is known for her patient-centered approach, attention to detail, and ability to provide compassionate, evidence-based care across diverse populations. Outside of her professional role, Samantha enjoys hiking, traveling, spending time with her family and her two Golden Retrievers, Honey and Winnie, and has somewhat reluctantly taken up running. She values balance, connection, and lifelong learning, and brings these principles into both her personal life and clinical practice.
