Associate Medical Director, Medical Providers Team, Executive Leadership


Dr. Menard-Manlove brings more than 20 years of experience in family medicine, with a strong focus on providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care. Her expertise spans clinical care, medical leadership and academic instruction, all grounded in a commitment to improving health outcomes and advancing quality care for individuals and families.

Since joining Wood River Health in 2003, Dr. Menard-Manlove has played a key role in delivering high-quality primary care services and supporting the organization’s clinical mission. As Associate Medical Director, she contributes to clinical leadership and works collaboratively with providers and care teams to strengthen care delivery and support patient-centered practices across the organization.

In addition to her clinical work at Wood River Health, Dr. Menard-Manlove has served as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University since 2005, where she supports the education and training of future physicians.

Dr. Menard-Manlove completed her internship and residency at the Hunterdon Medical Center Family Medicine Residency Program, where she served as Chief Resident. She is board-certified in Family Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Menard-Manlove holds a medical degree from Brown University School of Medicine and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from the University of Rhode Island.
