Jamie Chatel, MBA is a Behavioral Health Advocate at Wood River Health, where she serves as an integral member of the Integrated Care Team to support patient wellness, navigate care systems, and promote holistic health outcomes. Jamie works collaboratively with providers and patients to bridge the gap between physical health and mental well-being, ensuring individuals receive compassionate, well-rounded, and coordinated care. Bringing a unique background that combines healthcare operations and compliance with a deep commitment to patient advocacy, she focuses on person-centered, accessible care that addresses the social drivers of health and empowers patients on their wellness journeys.
A graduate of Emerson College with a BA in Marketing and Media, Jamie also holds an MBA and a Certificate in Digital Literacy from Rhode Island College, as well as a Certificate in the Science of Well-Being from Yale University. Deepening her commitment to clinical service, she is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rhode Island College. As a Certified 200-Hour Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master, Jamie seamlessly integrates a grounded, holistic perspective and somatic stress-reduction principles into her advocacy work to support patients as whole individuals.
