Behavioral Health Advocate, Behavioral Health Team
Hailey Lesneski joined Wood River Health in 2025 after earning her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Rhode Island. As a Behavioral Health Advocate, Hailey is committed to helping patients connect with the Wood River Health behavioral health team, helping patients access resources and support that promote mental health and well-being! She completed her internship at the Rhode Island Department of Corrections where she worked alongside behavioral health clinicians and gained experience in behavioral health and advocacy. Outside of work Hailey enjoys spending time with her cats, family and friends, as well as outdoor activities like fishing, riding ATVs and boat days.
