Behavioral Health Nurse Care Manager, Behavioral Health Team
Erika Chiaradio joined Wood River Health in 2025 as the Behavioral Health Nurse Care Manager. A Registered Nurse with experience across multiple branches of nursing, Erika brings a well-rounded clinical perspective to her role supporting patients with complex needs. Erika is dedicated to helping Wood River Health’s most vulnerable patients successfully overcome barriers to care by coordinating behavioral health and medical services. As a liaison, she works closely with patients, providers, and community partners to connect individuals with available resources and programs that support overall health and well-being. Outside of her role at Wood River Health, Erika enjoys cooking, fishing, motorsports, and spending time with her family.
