Chantelle Montminy-Semple, PA-C, joins Wood River Health in January 2026 as a certified physician assistant. She received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Public Health from Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI. She then graduated from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, MA, with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies. Chantelle is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and education to support wellness, health, and happiness.
