Family Nurse Practitioner, Medical Providers Team
Hayley Jackson provides Express Care services to current patients and assists patients of other providers who require same day appointments. Our Express Care providers work closely with our primary care providers to ensure patients are seen the same day whenever possible regardless of whether they feel sick or well. If you are new to Wood River Health, you will need to schedule a new patient visit before Express Care services are available.
A board-certified family nurse practitioner, Hayley Jackson joined Wood River in 2021. She graduated high honors with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Connecticut State University in 2017 and her master’s from Quinnipiac University in 2020. She obtained her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Quinnipiac University in 2022. A focus of her doctoral studies was mitigating antibiotic resistance and safe antibiotic prescribing practices.
Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Hayley worked as a RN in an inner-city trauma emergency department in CT. Hayley has a passion for holistic patient-centered care, lifestyle medicine, women’s health, and partnering in care for patients across the lifespan.
